As the Web Developer of Urban Bliss, he focuses on making your business stand out in today's most important visual representation: your Web site. He believes your online presence should quickly and clearly communicate your brand message while also giving your audience reason to stick around and stay awhile. He is skilled at making even insurance look sexy in print and online, and his search engine optimization skills have helped many clients rise to the top of their industry rankings.

Alain long ago traded in his insane hours working as a television news producer and writer for the self-imposed insane hours of the web industry. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communications: Broadcast Journalism (Emerson College) and a second Bachelor's degree in Multimedia & Web Design (The Art Institute of Portland), he brings both design and marketing skills to each project. He also enjoys engaging in discussion about the future of design, web and social media and has been a co-presenter at SXSW (2009).

A Swiss-American who left the majestic slopes of Switzerland for the serene mountains of the Pacific Northwest, Alain enjoys sampling the bountiful selection of Northwest microbrews, adding to his growing collection of graphic t-shirts, running, and spending time with his two young and very loud children.
